This was an art trade/challenge/response to :icondragonpress: She wanted to do something with our characters interacting in our respective worlds . . . this was her version with my Rysta and Calaen and her character Tyr :XD:

In this picture her character Venn was riding what he thought was a rather smart paint horse . . . until he spurred the beast to go faster. Aardrin didn't appreciate that so he kicked him off and turned human to heal the injury and give Venn a good talking to :giggle:

I have no idea why . . . but this image has been in my brain since she suggested this idea ;P I don't know if Venn would actually do this but . . . I'm still amused at the idea of Aardrin shocking him completely. :lmao:

Aardrin: NO SPURS! What are you? Some sort of sadist?! *grumbles and wishes he'd found a mud puddle to dump him in instead of a bush and some rocks*:pissed:

Venn: You . . . you're a . . . HUMAN?! :wow:

I've never drawn Venn before . . . I hope I did okay, Nikki ^^;

*chuckles* this is one of my faves i love Aardrin face he looks sorta scary..wouldnt want to be that guy.. well if Aardrin flipped out at he wouldnt be alive so i dont think i have to worry :) but HE STILL LIED he said he WOULDNT overreact again..

wish i was there to see that i hate spurs..i havea way with horses and its like it understands me an goes wick a simple squeze :) YA AARDRIN teach him a lesson :)

*chuckles8 its true i cant stand spurs they bud me i think its sorta mean. i mean i use a crop but i brely use it..if that makes you feel ay better Aardrin :)

I went to a museum that had a bunch of historical horse equipment and saw some amazing spurs . . . but after talking to the docent found out that they were just for show and so that the horsemen could announce their presence (the spurs had dangly metal bits that jingled) they NEVER used them on the horses :XD:
