The reason is that Myriam is married to Alaestor . . . who Seraya had a crush on since she was 10. 
Seraya ends up with Al in my story, but not in the RP 
So . . . Seraya is dating Aidan, who happens to be Myriam's ex . . . and the guy Myr ends up in 's actual story.

I like Myriam's gown -- very Tudor-esque!
It has been suggested by the MEN in the relationship that a mud wrestle is in order to settle things
It is, isn't it . . . I seem to be going more toward that style
White silk? Lillith! What are you up to?
Tudor has always been one of my favorites, second to Elizabethan. But then I'm also fond of anything 18th century and Victorian, too..
Lillith: (deer-in-headlights) "Um...my wedding dress...?"
Ah . . . so you decided to go with white?

Seraya: I'm a lover, not a fighter . . .
Lillith: "It'd make me think twice, certainly..."
So, you did decide on white after all...?
Lillith: "Rivi...Da'ath and I are to be wed in front of roughly HALF of the ENTIRE HOLY DOMINION. Any angel that can descend to earth has no doubt been invited! I can't very well get married in a gown that's hot pink and looks best on the mannequine in a fetish store...!"
...Which tells me the thought at least crossed your mind once or twice...

Oh dear . . . well I wouldn't be too intimidated Lillith . . . I've seen how some of those angels dress on earth *cough*Apolon*cough* I don't think they're too hung up on appearance
