This is for :iconyouarepart:'s challenge about "you" . . . specifically about something you overcame and are stronger because of it . . .

I had a hard time coming up with something because the only thing I could think of was dealing with my clinical depression . . . which is an ongoing struggle that I deal with on a daily basis. Then this song popped onto my computer and I remembered how much it helped right after I'd had my daughter and was really in the depths of postpartum depression . . . it's a silly song, but it really does help me when I'm feeling really hopeless. I hope it can help someone else as well.

Despite the sillyness, what a philosphy that is! "Watch the donut, not the hole" -- pay attention to what's there rather than what's missing. :D

I think this is really beautiful and uplifting. And I like that song a lot... never heard it before but its charming, and sometimes silly is just what we need to get through the day. As far as daily battles go, you've heard me ranting about anxiety ... so I feel you there. :hug: Great job on this!
